Moonstone hearts are some of my favorite crystals. Moonstone is associated with the heart, third eye, and crown chakras. As its name suggests, moonstone is connected with the energetic aspects of the moon, such as intuition and feminine "yin" energy. Likewise, it may help you dispel insomnia and anger. If you love the moon's magic, you will also love moonstone.
Moonstone is most often sold in the white variety with black markings. This is a lovely flashing brown, which I feel links the moon energy to the earth. Pretty powerful for grounding yourself while doing distance healing or meditation.
This piece is especially pretty. One side has subtle concentric heart lines filled with flash; the reverse has overlapping "petals" in the center filled with sparkles.
